Miss. ZHANG Xuanfei majored in Economics for both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Since September 2021, she has served as a full-time teacher in the Department of Professional Courses at the School of International Education, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. During her tenure, she has primarily undertaken the teaching of multiple core courses for the AD Program and 2+2 Program, including Introduction to Economics, Microeconomics, etc.

In teaching, Ms. Zhang emphasizes presenting knowledge in a lively and engaging manner. She explains complex theories through abundant charts and real-world cases, and employs problem-based teaching to guide students in independent thinking and cultivate critical thinking skills.

In terms of curriculum practice and innovation, Ms. Zhang has actively expanded teaching frontiers. She participated in the Micro-teaching Drill for New Faculty of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2021; offered an elective course Economics in Daily Life at the Affiliated High School; and delivered multiple economics-themed lectures and financial literacy courses for enrollment promotion in middle schools. As a course leader, she promoted the external review approval of Economics 1: Micro and Macro Theories and Applications, participated in the optimization and construction of multiple courses, as well as the project of Ideological and Political Teaching Reform and Practice for All-English Professional Courses. In textbook construction, Ms. Zhang has participated in compiling multiple textbooks and teaching auxiliary materials, contributing to the enrichment and improvement of teaching resources.
